A Forum for the Next Generation of Artists
In the heart of Seoul, a new conversation begins for the next generation of artists. "Beyond the Stage: A Weekend for the Next Generation of Artists" moves beyond the final chord and the jury’s score to explore the essential journey that follows. This unique professional forum, presented by the World Federation of International Music Competitions and Arts Council Korea, gathers prize-winners and emerging talents for an immersive deep dive into building a sustainable life in music.
We bridge the gap between the competition stage and a lasting career. Through dynamic discussions with festival directors, artist managers, and orchestra leaders, we will demystify the industry’s inner workings. Our focus extends from mastering the competition circuit to the critical next steps: strategic career planning, creative programming, and building the professional know-how for the modern musical landscape. This weekend is dedicated to opening doors, forging connections, and providing the tangible support needed to compose a successful and resonant career.
