Sion - Tibor Varga International Violin Competition

The biennial Tibor Varga International Violin Competition is dedicated to young musicians under the age of 30 and aims to enrich the experience and musical practice of the participants and provide encouragement and support to winners. The competition is a core activity of the Fondation Sion Violon Musique alongside the Tibor Varga Music Academy and Sion Festival, and winners frequently return to perform in the Festival.
