Xuehong Che

Born on 12 December 1999, he is currently on the Top Talent Training Plan at the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing. He has studied with Xinning Zhang and Danwen Wei, and also with Piotr Paleczny at the Chopin University of Music in Warsaw. He is currently a student of Taihang Du. He reached the second round of the 2021 Chopin Competition in Warsaw, and the semi-final in Leeds (2024) and Bydgoszcz (2019). He has won third prize at the Prague Spring International Music Competition in 2026 and in the Rosario Marciano Piano Competition in Vienna and first prize in the Young Pianists’ Chopin Competition in Beijing. He has performed in Vienna, Paris (Théâtre des Champs-Élysées), Żelazowa Wola and elsewhere. He has three albums of solo works to his name, including a Chopin album released by Accentus Music. *As of 2026
