Miguel Traquin

Miguel Traquina has been a student at the Haute École de Musique de Genève in Switzerland since September 2021 and will complete his bachelor's degree in June this academic year. Throughout his musical career, he has earned numerous awards, including Third Prize in the XIII International Competition Paços Premium (2019), First Prize in the Composition Competition XXI Century of Viana do Castelo (2020), and First Prize in the Swiss Percussion Competition (2023). He also won Second Prize in Prémio Jovens Músicos, Portugal (2023). He won the 3rd prize at the TROMP International Percussion Competition Eindhoven in 2024.
