Marianna Julia Żołnacz began her studies at the Karol Szymanowki Conservatory in Warsaw with Professor Maria Peradzyńska-Filip and is currently a student at the Mozarteum University of Music in Salzburg where her teacher is Professor Michael Martin Kofler. She is a laureate of over 50 competitions and has been awarded a Grand Prix eight times. She has won the Guangzhou International Flute Competition, the International Pro Bohemia Ostrava Competition, the Kobe International Competition, and Sir James Galway Rising Star Award. Marianna has appeared as a concerto soloist with the Warsaw Philharmonic, the National Orchestra of Poland, The Slovak State Philharmonic Kosice, the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic and the Sinfonia Iuventus and has worked with conductors including Michał Dworzyński, Paweł Kapuła, Mirosław Jacek Błaszczyk, Marzena Diakun, Łukasz Borowicz, Michał Klauza.
