José Daniel Salceda Velasco has received extensive musical training, studying as a scholarship holder the Master in Classical and Contemporary Music Performance at the Conservatori Liceu of Barcelona under the guidance of Guillem Pérez-Quer and receiving academic distinctions such as the Summa Cum Laude mention in the Master in Classical Guitar Performance at the University of Alicante and the Honorable Mention in the Bachelor of Music from the Conservatorio de las Rosas under the tutelage of Rodrigo Nefthalí.
He won the 3rd prize at the International Musical Competition "Dr. Luis Sigall" in 2024. His extensive career includes concerts abroad and national and international recognition.. In Spain he has performed on various stages such as the Mediterranean Guitar Festival, the Ibero-American Guitar Summit at Casa América, the Palau del Portalet, the Auditorium of the Alicante Provincial Council, the Museum of Contemporary Art of Alicante and the international guitar festivals “Ciudad de Mula”,"Estanislao Marco" in the Uixó Valley or "José Tomás, Villa de Petrer, among others. Besides, He has traveled the world participating in recitals and festivals in Chile, Uruguay, Spain, Austria, United States and Japan.
