Jakub Kuszlik

Born on 23 December 1996. He is a student of Katarzyna Popowa-Zydroń at the Feliks Nowowiejski Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz. He has won second prize in the Ignacy Jan Paderewski International Piano Competition in Bydgoszcz and the Hilton Head International Piano Competition, and third prize in the ‘Top of the World’ International Competition in Tromso. In 2017 he gave a Chopin recital at the Polish Radio Concert Studio in Warsaw. A year later, he was accompanied by the Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra in Paderewski’s Piano Concerto in A minor, Op. 17. He has also performed in many countries of Europe, including Germany, Norway and Iceland, as well as in Japan and the US.
