Alexander de Bie, born in 2001 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, was already fascinated by the organ and the piano at the age of three. At five years old he received his first piano lessons from his father Jack de Bie. Later he continued his piano studies with Nino Gvetadze in the Young Talent Class of Conservatory of Amsterdam. He started his organ studies in 2008 with
Jos van der Kooy in the Young Talent Class at Royal Conservatory of The Hague.

Since October 2020 Alexander de Bie has been studying "Konzertfach Orgel" with Professor Martin Haselböck and "Konzertfach Klavier" with Professor Christopher Hinterhuber at Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien (MDW).

Alexander performs in many places and at various venues. Amongst others, he has given recitals at Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Muziekgebouw aan ́t IJ Amsterdam, Westerkerk Amsterdam, Orgelpark Amsterdam, St. Bavo Haarlem (Müller Orgel), Jesuitenkirche Vienna (Austria), St. Quintinuskathedraal Hasselt (Belgium), Schloss Wilhelmshöhe Kassel (Germany), Stephansdom Vienna and Liszt-Verein Raiding. He has also been asked frequently to play at Grachtenfestival Amsterdam where in 2021 he performed at the opening concert at Tuschinski Theater.
