Sendai - Sendai International Music Competition

Sendai International Music Competition is unique in that it designates the concerto as the center of repertoire; it provides opportunities to play with the orchestra in the Semifinal and Final Round.

The Competition enjoys a high reputation for fair and reliable management, for support and warm hospitality provided by Sendai citizens.

It has two sections (Violin and Piano), and is held triennially.
