Yuki Yamazaki

An Euphonium artist from Japan. Graduated at the top of her class from Nagoya College of Music, Department of Instrumental Music. While a student at Nagoya College of Music, she performed in the regular concert and the graduation concert organized by the college. Upon graduation, she was selected for the 87th Yomiuri Newcomer Concert, the 39th Yomiuri Chubu Newcomer Concert, and the 17th Yamaha Wind Instrument Newcomer Concert. First prize in the 3rd J.E.T.A. Student Solo Competition, Euphonium and Senior Section. 3rd Prize in the Euphonium Division of the 13th JEJU International Brass Competition. Completed a separate course at Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music. Part-time instructor of the music department at Sakuragaoka High School. Currently she is active as a freelance player mainly in Tokyo. Studied euphonium under Kaoru Hiroki and Mai Kokubo.
