Teppei Kuroda

Teppei has been awarded many prizes, such as 1st prize and Brahms-prize in the Victor Merzhanov Competition, 1st prize in the Figueira da Foz Competition, 3rd prize in the Johannes Brahms Competition in Pörtschach, 1st prize and the Classical Sonata Prize in the Young Virtuoso Competition, the 3rd prize in the Samson François Competition, 1st prize in the Luigi Zanuccoli Competition. He has studied with Professors Kayo Wakao, Hidemitsu Hayashi, and Mamiko Suda, and is currently pursuing his Konzertexamen with Professor Jacob Leuschner at the @hfm_detmold. He received seven scholarships, including ones that were awarded by Rohm, Meiji, the Frank Foundation, and more.
