Dasol Kim frequents with some of the world’s finest orchestras as a soloist, including New York Philharmonic, Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich, Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra and Berlin Konzerthaus Orchestra under such notable conductors including Michael Sanderling, Alan Gilbert, Myung-Whun Chung. Praised for his splendid interpretations, in 2015 his debut recording on Deutsche Grammophon was released. He is engaged to perform the complete cycle of the 32 Piano Sonatas by Beethoven in Switzerland and Korea. Future concert engagements include numerous performances across the globe in the USA, Europe and Asia. His musical development has been influenced by Gerald Fauth and Arie Vardi.
