Brina Unuk

Brina Unuk began playing the flute at the age of seven. In 2017, she was admitted to the Conservatory of Music and Ballet in Maribor, Slovenia, where she studied flute in the class of Prof. Simona Vake.
She has participated in masterclasses with Prof. Karolina Šantl Zupan, Prof. Nina Assimakopoulus, Martin Belic, and Prof. Hansgeorg Schmeiser.
She is a prizewinner of several national and international competitions, including the Golden Award and First Prize at the 6th International Flute Competition Flautiada in 2019. In the same year, she was admitted to the preparatory program at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, where she currently studies with Prof. Wally Hase. She won the 3rd prize at the Kobe International Flute Competition in 2025.
