Ayano Yoshizaki

After graduating from the Piano Department of the KITAKAMAKURA Girls’ Senior High School, Ayano went on to graduate from the Department of Conducting, Faculty of Music, Tokyo University of the Arts in March 2023 and gain admission into the master’s program in conducting in the same university in April 2023. She is studying conducting under Ken Takaseki and Kazufumi Yamashita, and has also attended master classes with Zsolt Nagy and Sian Edwards. Ayano has performed with the Geidai Philharmonia Orchestra, Tokyo. Currently, having been accepted into the Nippon Steel Arts Foundation, 2023 Young Conductor Development Support Program, Ayano is a conducting researcher for the Kioi Hall Chamber Orchestra Tokyo. She won the 3rd prize at the Tokyo International Conducting Competition in 2024.
