Born in 2003 into a family of musicians in Los Angeles, California.

Angel began to study piano at the age of five under the guidance of his mother and gave his first public appearance soon after. In 2012, he was accepted to the Gnessin Moscow Special School of Music (College), where he studied with Tatiana Zelikman, Mikhail Khokhlov, and Boris Berezovsky. Today Angel is studying at the Moscow Central School of Music of the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory with Natalia Trull.
He participated in masterclasses with Alexander Ghindin, Daniel Pollack, Dmitry Rachmanov, Grigory Gruzman, Antonio Pompa-Baldi, and Stephan Arnold. He is a prize-winner of international competitions, including The 2nd Rachmaninov International Piano Competition (2020, Russia, 1st Prize), The Fifth International Festival of Young Pianists named after G.G. Neuhaus (2018, Russia, winner), International Competition of Young Performers “Val de Travers” (2017, Switzerland, 1st Prize), International piano competition “Feurich” ( 2017, Austria, 1st Prize), Grand-Prix of the 13th International Festival “Villahermosa” (2017, Mexico), All-Russian competition of young performers in the chamber ensemble “Musical Spring in the House of Jacobi” (2017, Russia, 1st Prize), Los Angeles Young Musician International Competition (2015, USA, 2nd Prize, and two special Awards: The Most Promising Young Musician and the Best Performance of the Baroque music, the XIII International Padova Piano Competition (2015, Italy, 1st Prize), 13th Annual International Russian Music Piano Competition (2012, USA, 2nd Prize).
