Other info:
- All Competitors are required to arrive in Tongyeong by November 2, 2013 to register to the Secretariat and to draw lots to decide the order of performance at the Competition. Any Competitor absent at this registration shall be automatically regarded as the one to abandon to draw lots and to waive all the rights and cede them to the Secretariat.

- All Competitors will be provided with room and board by the Secretariat, at the specified lodgings from November 1 until the end of their official period. The lodgings will be specifically designated and further announced, but Competitors who wish to stay in the other lodgings should take the responsibility on his/her own for room and board, public transport and practice facility.

- Travel expenses to and from Tongyeong are the responsibility of the Competitors. However, the Competitors with high scores at Preliminary Stage, may have the chance to be provided with financial aid towards their international travel expenses by the recommendation from the Preliminary Jury.

- Any Competitor may come with his/her own pianist at his/her expenses. Otherwise, the Competitor will be provided with an official accompanist, free of charge, by the Secretariat.
